43rd Harvest of Talents for World Hunger

Both credit and debit cards will be accepted for payment on Harvest day on the sales floor and for the live auction.
If you use a credit card, we will charge an additional 2.6-percent fee to help offset processing costs. This is not more than we pay in fees. If you use a debit card, please consider a donation to help cover the cost of providing this convenience.

All food offerings are available while supplies last.
Family Room:
7 am - 1 pm – Shop handcrafted items, homemade treats and unique experiences from spacious sales floor.
7 am - 11:30 am – Silent auction B
7 am - noon – Silent auction C
Fireside Room:
7 am - 11:00 am – Silent auction A
Fellowship Center:
2 pm - Join in a spirited, live auction with Mike Maske. (Auction bid numbers, sale bill available at Cashier Station 1 in Family Room at 1 pm)
Fellowship Center:
7 am - 10 am – Breakfast – cinnamon rolls, caramel-pecan rolls, breakfast burritos, ribbon fries with topping choices of cheese and jalapeños or Ranch
Drink options – coffee, water, unsweetened tea, orange juice, soda, flavored iced sweet tea
10 am - 12:45 pm – Lunch – (Fellowship Center dining area closes at 1 pm) – vegetable beef soup, sloppy Joe’s, chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, pulled pork, Italian beef, tacos with Fritos or tortilla, apple sundae bar, assorted desserts
Drink options – water, unsweetened tea, soda, flavored iced sweet tea
Room 10:
7 am - 10 am – Breakfast roll and soup pre-order pick up
Room 11:
7 am - 10 am – Breakfast roll and soup takeout
Room 17:
10 a.m. to noon – Soup preorder and take out
**Breakfast roll and soup preorders will be at the Welcome Center from noon to 1 p.m. After that any unclaimed orders will be sold on the auction.
Outside Door C:
9 am - noon – Brew 66 Coffee truck serving full menu of gourmet hot and cold drinks
Outside Door C:
9 am - noon – Family Fun Area with large petting zoo (entrance $1/ feed cups $3/ bottle feed $5), face painting ($3-$5), pumpkin painting ($5), balloon artist (donations/$5 sculptures), campfire, s’more kits ($3), Brew 66 Coffee truck
By Sanctuary ramp:
8 am - noon – HOT Spa with hair tinsel, braiding, nail paint, neck and scalp massage and henna body art
Family Room:
9 am - noon – GAP food packing
