Donations can be checked into the Lincoln Christian Church:

Tues, Oct. 22 from 4 to 7 p.m.

Wed., Oct. 23 from noon to 7 p.m.

Thurs., Oct. 24 from noon to 7 p.m.

Fri., Oct. 25 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (for food items or donations from out of town)

Family Room:
7 am - 1 pm – Shop handcrafted items, homemade treats and unique experiences from spacious sales floor.

7 am - 11:45 am – Silent auction A

7 am - noon – Silent auction B

Fireside Room:
7 am - 11:30 am – Silent auction C

Fellowship Center:
2 pm - Join in a spirited, live auction with Mike Maske. (Auction bid numbers, sale bill available at Cashier Station 1 in Family Room at 1 pm

Fellowship Center:
7 am - 10 am – cinnamon & caramel-pecan rolls (while supplies last)

10:30 am - 1 pm – vegetable beef soup, sloppy joe sandwiches, and pie (while supplies last)

11 am - 1 pm – Half-gallon soup. Pick up pre-orders and takeout (while supplies last)

Outside Door C:
7 am - 1 pm – Homemade hand pies, hot cider, cocoa, soda, water and flavored, iced sweet tea booth

7 am - 9:30 am – Scratch-made breakfast burritos

9:30 am - 1 pm – Pulled pork sandwiches, fried potatoes, hot dogs, tacos with Fritos or tortilla

Room 10:
7 am - 10 am – Pick up pre-orders for cinnamon, caramel-pecan rolls.

Room 11:
7 am - 10 am – Carry out cinnamon, caramel-pecan rolls. Half dozen/box.

Fellowship Center:
7 am - 1 pm – indoor dining

9 am - noon – GAP food packing

Outside Door C:
7 am - 1 pm –outdoor dining, campfire

Children’s wing (basement):
8 am - noon – new Lego Experience

Ground Level Elevator:
7am - noon - Balloon Artist Isaac Bell

Outside Door H:
7 am - 1 pm – Car detailing

First Floor Crow’s Nest:
8am - 1pm - HOT Spa

Sanctuary:
9 am - 11:30am - Passport Experience

Both credit and debit cards will be accepted for payment on Harvest day on the sales floor and for the live auction. Please consider a donation when making a purchase to help cover the cost of providing this convenience.
