Donations can be checked into the Lincoln Christian Church:
Mon, Oct. 20 from 4 to 7 p.m.
Tues, Oct. 21 from noon to 7 p.m.
Wed., Oct. 22 from noon to 7 p.m.
Thurs. Oct 23: No drop off
Fri., Oct. 24 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (for food items or donations from out of town)
Both credit and debit cards will be accepted for payment on Harvest day on the sales floor and for the live auction. Please consider an electronic donation when making a purchase to help cover the cost of providing this convenience.
Cash or check payable to: Lincoln Christian Church w/ HOT in memo line.
All food offerings are available while supplies last.
Family Room:
7 am - 1 pm – Shop handcrafted items, homemade treats and unique experiences from spacious sales floor.
7 am - 11:45 am – Silent auction A
7 am - noon – Silent auction B
Fireside Room:
7 am - 11:30 am – Silent auction C
Fellowship Center:
2 pm - Join in a spirited, live auction with Mike Maske. (Auction bid numbers, sale bill available at Cashier Station 1 in Family Room at 1 pm)
Fellowship Center:
7 am - 10 am – cinnamon & caramel-pecan rolls
10:30 am - 1 pm – vegetable beef soup, sloppy joe sandwiches, and pies & desserts
Rooms 15/16:
7 - 9:30 am – Scratch-made breakfast burritos
9 am -1 pm – Ribbon fries
9:30 am-1 pm – Chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, pulled pork, Italian beef, tacos with Fritos or tortilla, apple sundae bar, homemade hand pies
Drink Station (hallway)
7 am - 1 pm – Flavored, iced sweet tea, lemonade, soda, water, hot cider
Room 10:
7 - 10 am – Pick up pre-orders for cinnamon, caramel-pecan rolls.
Room 11:
7 - 10 am – Carry out cinnamon, caramel-pecan rolls.
Room 17:
11 am - noon – Half-gallon soup. Pick up pre-orders and takeout
Fellowship Center:
7 am - 1 pm – indoor dining
9 am - noon – GAP food packing
Rooms 15/16:
Indoor dining
Outside Door C:
7 am - 1 pm – family fun area with campfire, s’mores kits, tractor display, mission moments, dog show, henna artist, balloon artist, pumpkin painting, knife sharpening
Children’s wing (basement):
7 - 11 am – Lego Experience
By Sanctuary ramp:
8 am- noon - HOT Spa
Outside Door H:
7 am - 1 pm – Car detailing
